Orders and Fulfillments
So that Pio knows what to pick, orders need to be synced over from the external system. When doing so, including as much information about the order as possible is beneficial. Include tags, notes, selected shipping methods etc. It's also worth considering which orders get synced over to Pio. Should all orders get synced over or only selected statuses?
Once an order has been created in Pio, tags, notes and destination address can be updated on the fly. For anything else you will need to delete the existing order and re-create it to update.
If you want to update order lines, the existing order needs to be deleted in Pio and re-created
When an order gets cancelled this need to be deleted in Pio also. If the order has already been picked it will need to follow a return flow to return the order.
Once the order has been fulfilled the external system should be updated to reflect this status.
